Mechanism of action
i-CARB CALCY acts by reacting with dietary phosphate and forming an insoluble Calcium phosphate salt. This process prevents entry of phosphate into blood from Gastro-intestinal tract. As the phosphate intake is less, serum phosphate rise is controlled.

Indications:
To reduce serum phosphate in patients for the control of hyperphosphatemia in end stage renal failure.
Dosage:
2-4 tablets each 3 times a day with meals.
